    Who we share it with

    We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider (Google Workspace / Gmail), scheduling and CRM tools, and Meta and Google for analytics and advertising. They may process data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

    How long we keep it

    We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

    Your rights

    Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, the UK, the EU or the UAE), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
